3.1 7-Day Quality Window
We want you to find your signature scent. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days, provided the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
3.2 Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards:
- Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for perfumes or Itars once the cellophane wrap has been removed or the bottle has been sprayed/opened.
- Itar Vials: Pure Itar oils are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
3.3 Damaged or Leaking Items
Fragrance bottles are delicate. If your order arrives damaged or leaking:
- Report: Email support@perfumechowk.store within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Attach a clear photo/video of the leaking bottle and the shipping box.
- Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
3.4 Refund Disbursement
- Prepaid: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- COD: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash after the return passes our inspection.
